A NEW PARADIGM
Internationally inspired, Viridian Offices was built for the end user – our clients. During the building design phase, modern building practices were introduced to maximize space in a functional cohesive package allowing the customer multiple options for their space planning needs and expansion needs. Sustainable design solutions were also implemented to provide our clients durable and efficient systems and operations reducing costs and waste.
Viridian Offices features 3500 sq. m of Class A office space, 500 sq. m of street level retail space, 65 park spaces and 40 bicycle park spaces.
Some of the green highlights include the use of reclaimed water from landscaped roofs, ultra thick building insulation, and on-site resource management. Multiple outdoor terraces offer occupants easy direct access to sunlight, fresh air and native plantings
